I sent this message to technical support on 4/21/08 but have not heard anything. I also CANNOT post to the forum, because registration for this forum is closed. I even registered with Snitz Forums, thinking maybe that was the way to get in to the ikeepbookmarks forum, but my user name and password do not work for the tech support forum. I don't know where to turn for technical support:

I am a new "Premium Member" (because I was having so much trouble with the site for the last week or so, I thought it would be better just to pay to get on the premium server), but this morning, when I tried to add a bookmark I received a message,

"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

The log file for database 'ikeepbookmarks2' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.

/pages_action.asp, line 217"

I don't know what this means or what to do.

Since sending that plea for help, for the next day or two I was completely unable to access ikeepbookmarks.com I'm not sure what to do now. I love the site, but it's been very frustrating lately.

What happened the last three days where we couldn't access the site? My students were left hanging on an important assignment and I had to start a new bookmark link at mybookmarks.com. I prefer your site, but hope this never happens again!

I would like to express my thanks for providing a brilliant service with the provision of the running record calculator. I am a student-teacher at the moment and this has heped be immeasurably. I will recommend this site to all my fellow students. once again thank you.

I have been trying for 3 days to upload my Favorites from home, but keep getting error messages saying the site is under maintenance or may have an error. What am I doing wrong or is something wrong with the site?

I use ikeepbookmarks.com with my 4th grade students--they can easily access the websites I want them to visit in class and at home. We love it!
